Privacy policy
Scope and company
OZIRES, LLC operates this institutional website and develops Ozires Track, a tracking and analytics platform. This policy describes our website, account-related processing and the categories of data handled through the platform. Features and data flows depend on the services and integrations enabled. Privacy contact: acc@ozires.com.
Account and contact information
When you contact us or use an account, relevant information may include your name, email address, organization, authentication and session information, preferences and support correspondence. Do not send passwords or full payment card details by email.
Website events and attribution data
Customer-configured tracking can process page URLs, referrers, campaign parameters such as UTMs and ad identifiers, events, timestamps, session or visitor identifiers and technical device/browser information. Network information may be used for approximate geographic context and security. The data available depends on the implementation and consent settings of the customer’s website.
Connected sales and advertising sources
Sales integrations can provide order and transaction identifiers, status, amounts, currency, products, attribution parameters and customer information included in the configured webhook. Authorized advertising connections can provide account, campaign, ad-set and ad identifiers, names, settings, costs and performance data. Access credentials are used to operate the authorized integration and must not be included in public tracking links.
Why information is processed
We process information to operate accounts and integrations, collect and reconcile events and sales, provide attribution and reports, protect the service, investigate problems and respond to requests. We do not present incomplete tracking evidence as a guaranteed source match.
Responsibilities and legal grounds
For our own account administration, security and business contacts, OZIRES, LLC determines the relevant processing purposes. For customer-provided visitor and sales data, the customer generally determines the purposes and we process data to provide the configured service. Customers must have the necessary authorization, notices and legal grounds for the data they send. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may rely on providing a requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent where required.
Service providers and international processing
We use providers for infrastructure, hosting, authentication, storage, communications and, where applicable, payment processing. Customer-authorized integrations exchange information with the connected platforms to perform their functions. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where the relevant providers operate, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legitimate rights and service security.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of record, the service configuration, the active customer relationship and applicable legal requirements. Information may need to be retained for security, audit, billing, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed for identity, authority and scope; information that must be legally retained is handled separately. Contact us for the retention and deletion conditions applicable to your organization.
Privacy requests and connected permissions
Contact acc@ozires.com to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights. Identify the account or organization and the scope of your request, without sending passwords. Visitors to a customer’s website should also contact that website’s operator. You may revoke a connected platform’s permissions using that platform’s controls; revocation stops authorized access but is not, by itself, a request to delete previously stored data.
Cookies, browser storage and this website
This institutional website has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, registration or payment forms and does not intentionally set cookies. Hosting and delivery providers can process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps for delivery and security. The authenticated product and customer tracking implementations can use browser storage or identifiers for sessions and configured functionality; customers are responsible for any required consent on their own sites.
Security and age suitability
We use access controls and technical measures appropriate to the service, while recognizing that no system can guarantee absolute security. Ozires Track is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Do not use it to submit children’s data or sensitive information without the necessary legal basis and agreed service scope.
